Community Appraisal and Motivation Programme (CAMP) is a national non-profit and non-governmental organization established and registered in May 2002, under the Societies Act of 1860 (Registration No. 192/5/2946). We work with some of the most underprivileged communities in the Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA) and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province of Pakistan; responding to emergencies, improving access to quality health and education, creating livelihood opportunities and working closely with communities and government departments to promote human rights, peace and security.(Read more about CAMP)

Capacity Building

Capacity Building Workshops for CBOs

The Communities for Change Project is conducting a series of capacity building workshops for Community Based Organizations from Khyber, Kurram and Mohmand Agencies of FATA.

350 members from 100 CBOs will participate in the training programme which started in January 2010 and will continue until March 2010.

Community Midwifery Programme

In close collaboration with the FATA Health Directorate, 15 women are being trained in midwifery, establishing the first cohort of community midwives in the Khyber agency

Literacy, Numeracy, Life Skills Training Programme

CAMP is supporting the initiative to provide 'Literacy, Numeracy, Life Skills' training to youth in FATA and Frontier Regions

Strengthening capacities for counter-trafficking in Khyber Pukhtunkhwa Province

Supported by the UNDP, the project is building capacity of stakeholders on the issue of women trafficking and promoting inter-institutional cooperation in Khyber Pukhtoonkhwa.
