Capacity Building Training for the CSOs of 7 agencies of FATA

The capacity building training programme for the CSOs of seven agencies of FATA is being carried on these days. By the end of October 2011 four trainings have been conducted. The thematic area for the trainings is “Organizational Structure & Culture”.

Mr. Sohail Mohammad Ali is the resource person for these trainings. Leadership of more than 110 CSOs of seven agencies of FATA has so far attended the training.  

During the workshop proceedings participants are being equipped with basic principles and concepts of organizational culture and structure, various forms of leadership and skills mandatory for a good  leader focusing personality and character and how these skills and practices can be applied in any grass root level organization. 

Beside this the participants are also sensitized on analytical and critical thinking which is an integral part of any development organization and techniques leading to  problem solving at organizational and community level. Additionally the participants are made aware of some emerging concepts of globalization, gender mainstreaming and organizational change.
